How to remove a duplicate activity entry

Duplicate distances can sometimes occur when:
•. You accidentally hit the save button twice when logging an activity.
•. Two devices/apps that you are connected to both send us the same distance. This is usually when you have something like Strava and FitBit both connected to sync with your profile. It is best practice to have only one device or app-connected at a time.
You can delete duplicate entries by:
•. From the Dashboard page, you will go to the main logging calendar
•. Select/Click open the logged distance that you want to delete
•. At the bottom of the open activity window, you will locate the delete button
•. Click "DELETE"
• Click "Proceed" when prompted to validate your selection.
•. You have now completed the deletion of your activity
