There are 2 ways to log miles on the Challenge in Motion™ Platform

1.  Manual Logging

Log onto or signup for the Challenge in Motion™ Tracking Platform https://tracker.challengeinmotion.com/


On the main dashboard calendar, click the date you want to add your activity/miles to (if using your phone you will want to touch and hold the date for 1 second until you open your popup)


Once your popup has opened select the challenge you want your miles to apply to from the drop-down list.  If you do not select a distance your miles will be applied to the default and not count toward any particular challenge 


After you have selected your challenge, select your activity i.e (Running, Walking, Cycling, etc)


Adjust the date and time of day (if needed)  


Enter your distance completed in miles


(Optional) You can also add your duration time the activity was completed and/or calories


Click "SAVE" 



2.  Smart Device & App Syncing

We connect to a range of third-party fitness trackers including Strava, FitBit, Garmin, Under Armour, Apple Health Kit (Coming Soon). 


You can manage your connections via the Challenge in Motion™ Platform:


Once logged in navigate to your Profile and then select "Manage Devices".


You will then have a list of supported devices.  Click "Connect" on your desired device and follow the prompts.  Once you are connected to your device it will be indicated as "Connected"
